The Home Care Aide Council is a non-profit trade association with over 120 home care agency and community-based organization members throughout Massachusetts. We help people to find a best option of senior living for themselves and their close elder relatives. The purpose of the Home Care Licensing Commission is to study and make recommendations to establish a statewide licensing process for home care agencies in the Commonwealth.
The Council works with state agencies, the Legislature, the media, and the general public, providing timely information and education on home care services and advocating for priority home care issues and initiatives. The Home Care Aide Foundation, our 501c3 arm, implements best practice initiatives and evidence-based training curricula supported through grant funding and donations.
