She spent at least 2 hours talking to me and one of my friends. She was very personable, explained everything, gave us the tour, showed us the different places, and very thorough. There were some basic amenities like a workroom and different little offices where you could go. They made it feel like it was a neighborhood. It was fun, but it's the additional amenities that would've cost more money. There's a beautiful cascade of water coming down off of rocks with some carp at the bottom.
